Top Shelf Tailgate Wahine Whiskey Battle

The Fourth Annual Les Dames d’Escoffier Event brought together over 150 guests for an unforgettable evening celebrating culinary and mixology excellence. Participating chefs and bartenders were challenged to craft innovative creations using one Proximo whiskey spirit paired with a Finest Call or Reàl ingredient, resulting in a dynamic showcase of flavor, creativity, and skill.

Oahu's Best Margarita Competition

A USBG collaboration. 13 high profile bartenders went head-to-head for the title of Oahu's Best Margarita. These bartenders came from North Shore, South Shore, East, West and one from Kauai. They represented accounts like: Four Season's, Jorge's, Fujioka's, and Monkeypod.

We had 100+ industry attendees that were exposed to a range of Proximo products. We featured 1800 Coconut & Maestro Dobel in specialty cocktails. We also had Proximo whiskey & reserve tequila's available at the back bar to enjoy with cigars. The energy was great, the engagement was high and the feedback from both attendees and the participants was overwhelmingly positive. Overall, the event ran smoothly and met its objectives of getting Proximo products in the hands of movers and shakers of the bartending industry in Hawaii.

MARTINIS & BELINIS EVENT

The Martinis & Blinis event is an all female bartender competition that benefits the Les Dames D'Escoffier

Hawaii Chapter. The Les Dames D'Escoffier Hawaii Chapter is founded on the principle of creating a culture supporting and promoting women in the professions of food, wine, and hospitality within our community.

USBG CHRISTMAS EVENT
Merry Christmas to the USBG Hawaii Chapter. We hosted our event at the renowned Pint & Jigger. At this event, we featured Proximo Spirits: Maestro Dobel, Hangar 1 Vodka, Pendleton, Bushmill's and Boodles. We also featured Palm Bay's Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin. We launched our new brand Chinola Passion Fruit & Mango. The members at our event were so nice that even Santa made a special appearance!

Seven bartenders and six chefs competed in an exciting bartending cookoff competition!

The competition showed up and showed out, it was an exhilarating event but there could only be three winners for each of the categories.

The Tequila N' Tacos event was a fundraiser for Les Dames D'escoffier Hawaii Culinary Scholarship Fund and the Ho'omau Maui Fund.
